We are Sean and Kate, both born and bred in Limerick.

Sean is a techy geek who loves nothing more than to be outside on his bike, speeding down the side of a mountain, getting covered in mud. His most favorite food in the world is Shepherd’s Pie. He will eat anything except celery. Think Superman and kryptonite… it has the same reaction.

As for me (*Waves* Kate) I love being outside, even if its just sitting in our garden watching the wild poppies appear. I’m still a little girl at heart; I have a serious addiction for anything fluffy or covered in sparkles. I don’t like celery either..…But I do buy celery just to hear Sean grumble when he sees it!
